摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼铁部1号4038m~3高炉炉缸环炭温度升高,炉缸存在安全隐患的情况,采取了改造炉缸冷却系统、增加在线监测设备、长期坚持精料方针和优化高炉操作制度等措施,有效控制了炉缸环炭温度,护炉效果良好,实现了长达6年的护炉期内,高炉安全稳定运行。
In allusion to the potential safety hazard at the hearth of the No.14038 m~3 BF caused by the rising temperature of carbon bricks at the hearth in Ironmaking Department of Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., these measures such as upgrading the cooling system for the hearth, adding the new on-line monitoring equipment, always keeping on using the beneficiated burden materials and optimizing the operation system for the BF were taken. Then the temperature of carbon bricks in hearth was controlled effectively and the effect of furnace protection was good. Finally within the furnace maintenance of 6 years the blast furnace was in safe and smooth operation.
