邯钢5号高炉创新铁口维护降成本

摘要
邯钢5号高炉炉前备件辅料消耗每月20万元左右,主要包括钻杆、钻头、炮冒和炮泥等,这些消耗品与铁口维护效果直接相关.铁口维护一方面影响炉内操作和高炉指标,另一方面影响生产成本.通过创新使得5号高炉利用系数稳定在2.6 t/m3以上,焦比降至330 kg/t,出铁次数稳定在12±1次/d,成本降低15!.
Before the innovation,the furnace accessories spare parts consumption took RMB 200000 Yuan a month or so,mainly including drill pipes,drill bits,gun and stemming,the quantity of these consumables is directly related to the stand or fall of tapping hole maintenance. The tapping hole maintenance on the one hand,involves the influence of the blast furnace operation and the index,also affects the cost of production. Through innovation,it has made 5 # blast furnace use the coefficient of stability out of 2. 6t / m3,the coal ratio by 330kg/t,consumption reduced by 15!.
