摘要

动态电子轨道衡主要应用于韶钢进出厂物资称量和炼铁与炼钢之间的铁水罐车动态称量。其主要特点是能自动称量低速行使状态下的火车重量。本文通过对韶钢动态轨道衡安装、调试以及常见故障分析,从而得出处理故障的相应方法,说明做好日常检修维护工作的重要性。
        Dynamic electronic railway scale is mainly used for the weighing of imported materials from Handan Iron and Steel and the dynamic weighing of molten iron tankers between iron making and steel making. Its main feature is that it can automatically weigh the weight of the train at low speed. In this paper, through the installation, commissioning and common fault analysis of the dynamic railway scale of Handan Iron and Steel, the corresponding methods for dealing with faults are obtained, which explains the importance of doing routine maintenance and repair work.
