长钢铁水罐车安全运行实践

结合长钢使用过的100 t铁水罐车多年的安全运行情况,着重强调了铁水罐车在生产过程中的重要性、特殊性、安全性。正确选用合理的罐车型号,加强罐内衬耐火材料的质量检验,强化使用过程中的跟踪检查,提高工作责任心,建立安全技术档案,为铁水罐车的使用、更换、大修提供科学依据。确保了铁水罐车的安全运行,取得了良好的安全效果。
Combined with the safe operation of 100 t hot metal tanker used in Changgang for many years, the importance, particularity and safety of hot metal tanker in production process are emphasized. Correct selection of reasonable type of tanker, strengthening the quality inspection of refractory lining and the follow-up inspection in the course of use, improving the sense of responsibility, establishing safety technical files, providing a scientific basis for the use, replacement and overhaul of hot metal tanker, which ensured the safe operation of hot metal tankers and achieved good safety results.
