摘要
介绍了安钢以高炉-转炉刚性衔接为核心,抓住影响150 t转炉铁水转运效率的核心矛盾,优化铁水供应模式,采用铁水罐向铁水包折兑模式,代替传统的混铁炉模式,显著提升了150 t转炉铁水供应效率,释放了转炉产能,实现了公司整体铁钢平衡。
        With taking the rigid joint of blast furnace- converter for the core,Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd caught the core contradiction effected the efficiency of melted iron transport and improved the charging model of melted iron by adopting the model of hot- metal ladle to hot- metal ladle instead of the traditional metal mixer model,which could increase the efficiency of charging melted iron to 150 ton converter dramatically. The production capacity of the converter were released and the integrated balance between iron and steel could be realized.
