摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶反应法合成Ca_3Ti_2O_7陶瓷,并系统地研究了制备过程中烧结温度、烧结时间和干凝胶预处理温度等工艺参数对陶瓷物相的影响。X射线衍射测试结果显示,Ca_3Ti_2O_7陶瓷的干凝胶转变温度不会明显影响合成陶瓷的物相纯度;烧结温度和烧结时间是合成陶瓷物相的决定性因素,当烧结温度范围介于1 420~1 440℃之间,烧结时长为30~40 h时,能得到纯度最佳的Ca_3Ti_2O_7陶瓷。
        Ca_3Ti_2O_7 ceramics were prepared via the sol-gel method. Through X-ray diffraction of Ca_3Ti_2O_7 ceramic,it is found that the xerogel-turning temperature was not a determining factor for the synthesis of pure phase of Ca_3Ti_2O_7,while calcination temperature and calcination time are determining factors for the synthesis of pure phase.When the calcination temperature is 1420-1440 ℃ and calcination time is 30-40 h,pure phase Ca_3Ti_2O_7 can be obtained.
