通过剖析印尼某2×350 MW燃煤电站EPC项目在执行中2#机组所出现的锅炉爆管、汽机腐蚀等问题的原因,论述总承包商重签约,轻执行,疏管理,不按规范调试给项目带来的危害。在海外EPC项目执行过程中,EPC总承包商应具备完备适用的项目过程管理体系、经验丰富的现场管理团队,在现场事故发生时能够及时采取妥善的应对措施。强调了以及对于设计单位、建安承包商的选择以及对其科学管理、严格监督的重要性。
The reasons of boiler blasting and turbine corrosion in the Unit 2# of 350 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant EPC Project in Indonesia is analyzed, and discusses jeopardizing to the project by the contractor's emphasis on contract signing, negligence on management, and failure to follow the specifications of commissioning. In the implementation process of overseas EPC projects, the EPC contractor shall have a complete and applicable project process management system and an experienced on-site management team to take timely and appropriate countermeasures in the event of an on-site accident. It emphasizes the significance of the selection of design institutes, civil and installation contractors, and significance of reasonable management and strict supervision to the subcontractors.
