摘要
通过固相反应工艺制备锆钛酸钡Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_3陶瓷,通过控制晶粒尺寸的大小研究晶粒尺寸对介电性能的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和阻抗分析仪对样品晶体结构、相组成、微观形貌和晶粒尺寸、介电性能进行了分析。结果表明:所有陶瓷样品均为钙钛矿结构无杂峰出现,晶粒尺寸不大于5μm时随着晶粒尺寸的增大介电常数逐渐提高,当晶粒尺寸在5μm时介电常数达到最大值12 293,介质损耗仅为0.009 95,然后随晶粒尺寸的增大介电常数降低。
        The zirconium titanate barium ceramic was prepared via solid-state reaction,and the grain size of Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_(3) was controlled to investigate the effect of grain size on the dielectric properties.The crystal structure and phase composition were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The microstructure and grain size were determined by scanning electron microscopy.The dielectric properties were characterized by impedance analysis.The results show that all the ceramic samples have no other peaks in the perovskite structure.The dielectric constant increases with increasing grain size when the grain size is below 5μm.The dielectric constant reaches a maximum value of 12 293 and the loss is only 0.009 95 for a grain size of 5μm.The dielectric constant decreases as the grain size further increases.
