摘要
采用涡流法对非铁磁性金属基体上非铁磁性涂镀层厚度进行测量时,应根据涂镀层材料性质,选择合适的检测方法。根据工作经验,对该领域涂镀层厚度涡流测量方法进行总结,主要内容如下:非金属涂镀层厚度的测量采用提离效应原理,宜采用较高的检测频率;当涂层为非铁磁性金属时,还要根据涂层金属的电导率选择采用"相敏法"或者"相位法","相敏法"适用于基体金属和涂层金属电导率相差较大的情况(1.5倍),"相位法"适用于基体金属和涂层金属电导率相近的情况(1.5倍)。本文从检测对象、检测原理、关键技术等方面对如上三种检测方法进行了阐述,以期在涂镀层厚度的涡流检测技术上有所贡献。
To measure the non-magnetic coating thickness on the non-magnetic metallic basis, according to the material of the coating, suitable eddy current method shoud be chosen. In this paper, three different eddy current methods to measure the thickness of the non-magnetic coatings are summarized, and be discussed into several parts. It is expected that this paper can make some contribution to the area.
