摘要
00Cr11Ti铁素体不锈钢是一种典型的镍资源节约型环保不锈钢。然而该种钢在焊接时,焊接热输入的变化会严重影响焊接接头处的性能。针对此问题,研究了不同热输入对00Cr11Ti铁素体不锈钢板焊后微观组织和力学性能的影响,采用金相显微镜观察熔敷金属和过热区的金相组织,并使用Image J软件测量平均晶粒尺寸;采用洛氏硬度计测量了熔敷金属以及过热区的硬度。结果表明:熔敷金属及过热区的晶粒尺寸随热输入的升高而增大;过热区硬度随热输入的升高而降低,适当控制热输入对于改善00Cr11Ti铁素体不锈钢的焊接接头处的性能具有积极作用。
        00Cr11Ti ferritic stainless steel is a typical nickel resource conserving stainless environmental friendly steel.However, when the steel is welded, the performance of the welding joint will be seriously affected by the change of welding heat input. Aiming at this problem, the effect of different heat input on microstructure and mechanical properties of 00Cr11Ti ferritic stainless steel plate was studied. The metallographic structure of deposited metal and overheated zone was observed by metallographic microscope, and the average grain size was measured by Image J software. The hardness of deposited metal and overheated zone was measured by the Rockwell hardness tester. The results show that the grain sizes of the deposited metal and overheated zone increase with the increase of heat input, and the hardness of overheated zone decreases with the increase of heat input. Proper control of heat input has a positive effect on improving the performance of welded joint of 00Cr11Ti ferritic stainless steel.
