摘要

介绍我国铁道客车电线电缆产品生产及控制模式。从多个角度分析中铁检验认证中心(CRCC)采取的认证方式在电线电缆制造企业制造体系控制方面的特点、优势及发挥的作用,提出CRCC认证中有待进一步完善的地方,阐述认证所涉及规范的变化历程。提出相应建议,以更好地发挥产品认证在保障铁路运营安全方面的作用。
        The article introduces the production and control mode of wire and cable products for railway passengercars in China. It analyses the features,advantages and roles of the certification method applied by the China RailwayTest & Certification Centre(CRCC) to the quality control of wire and cable producers from multiple points of view.It points out aspects to be improved by CRCC,stating the evolution of the certification and the standards involved. Italso gives some suggestions accordingly to better give the role of product certification in guaranteeing railway opera-tion safety into full play.
