“新工科”背景下铁道工程专业课程设置研究

摘要
我校铁道工程专业的建设,适逢"一带一路"国家倡议发展良机,同时也面临"新工科"背景人才培养标准大幅提高的压力。专业课程设置作为人才培养的核心中介,必须要从实际出发,依托既有设施和师资,凝练特色。本文从科学构建课程体系入手,细化梳理设计课程内容,以能力递进模式构建实践模块,逐步深化教学效果,使学生最终获得解决现代大型复杂系统工程的能力,从而获得长足的职业发展。
With the opportunity of national strategic development of "One Belt and One Road" and Emerging Engineering Education training standard promotion,the railway engineering professional curriculum must be adjusted.As the core intermediary of talent training,the professional curriculum must rely on the reality,including existing facilities and faculty,so it would be favorable characteristics.This paper starts with the scientific construction of curriculum system,classifies and designs the curriculum content,constructs the practice module by the ability progressive mode,gradually deepens the teaching effect,and finally enables the students to acquire the ability to solve the modern large complex system engineering.Thus,the students would obtain considerable career development space.
