摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶技术,以草酸铌为原料、乙二醇为酯化剂来制备钛酸(SrTiO3)掺杂铌酸钾钠(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3无铅压电陶瓷粉体。应用TG/DSC技术对干凝胶的成分及溶胶形成过程中的机理进行了研究,使用XRD和SEM对掺杂SrTiO3的纳米粉体进行了物相结构和表面形貌的表征,并研究了SrTiO3的最佳掺杂比例和烧结温度及其对压电性能的影响。
        In this research we adopted a sol-gel method,with niobium oxalate as niobate resource,glycol as esterifying agent to obtain SrTiO3-KNN lead-free piezoelectric ceramics powder.TG/DSC was adopted to study the compositions of the xerogel and all the synthesis process,in order to find out the mechanizations of the sol-gel process.The crystal structure and surface feature was characterized and observed by XRD and SEM,the SrTiO3 best doping ratio and effect of sintering temperature on electrical properties were studied.
