摘要
介固定式阳极炉的反拱式炉底由于采用死炉底设计,炉底检修的常规方法是进行阳极炉大修。文中阐述了炉底的点破坏的损耗特点及成因。介绍了炉底局部挖修方案,方案实施过程中炉底冷凝铜对拆除过程的影响及最终的解决措施。总结了炉底挖修的实践效果。提出了炉底挖修的改进方向。
        The conventional method of overhaul of fixed anode furnace bottom is overhauling the anode furnace because of dead bottom design. The loss characteristics and causes of point damage in furnace bottom are described. This paper introduces the excavating and repairing scheme for the bottom of the furnace, the influence of the condensing copper on the demolition process during the implementation of the scheme, and the final solving measures. The practical effect of the excavating and repairing scheme for the bottom of the furnace is also introduced. The improvement direction of the excavating and repairing for the bottom of the furnace is proposed.
