摘要
对不同组织结构的铜氨长丝织物进行数码印花,通过放大法评价印花精细度,探讨织物组织结构对数码印花精细度的影响。结果表明:墨滴的渗化度对于线宽≤1.0 mm图线的精细性影响较大;增大织物的紧度和纱线的捻度,有利于提升印花精细性;经、纬密度的差异容易导致经、纬向精细性的差异;织密相同时,纱线的线密度越细,打印的精细性越差;织物组织结构对于阴、阳线条的精细度影响规律一致,但是视觉效果存差异。
Digital ink-jet printing of copper ammonia fabrics with different structure is carried out. The effect of fabric structure on digital printing fineness is discussed by using magnification method. The results show that the bleeding degree of ink droplet has a great influence on the fineness of lines when the line width is less than 1.0 mm. The digital printing fineness can be improved by increasing the tightness and twist of the fabric. The difference between longitude density and latitude density easily leads to the difference of longitude fineness and latitude fineness. The effect of fabric structure on the fineness of black and white lines is consistent, but the visual effect is different.
