摘要
介绍了五矿铜业(湖南)有限公司一期铜电解精炼采用的底部交错平行流技术,结合计算流体力学对电解槽中的流场特性进行研究分析,着重分析了一期电解槽投产后的运行情况,总结出适用于底部交错平行流技术的生产方法,为平行流技术的后续优化设计提供借鉴。
        The bottom-interlaced parallel flow technology employed by Minmetals Copper(Hunan) Company Limited has been introduced in the present study. The computational fluid dynamics is adopted to analyze the flow characteristics in the copper electrolytic cell, and the production performance of the parallel flow technology has been discussed as well. A production method corresponding to the bottom-interlaced parallel flow technology has been summarized. Such practice experiences are expected to be useful for design and process optimization in the future.
