摘要
铜电解精炼是铜业加工生产中的重要步骤,是阴极铜产成品的生产制造的基本程序。目前,铜电解精炼工艺已经在我国有了较为广泛的应用,但由于目前我国在铜业市场竞争的不断激烈,部分企业存在着为了节约成本,而在铜电解精炼处理中加大低铜低硫品位、含杂较高铜精矿以及再生资源的处理,这就导致阴极铜产成品在质量水平上有了明显的下降,出现了必要严重的结粒现象,主要表现在物理外观上存在有较多凸起、粒子,且在化学性质上有了一定的改变,无法完全满足实际需要。针对于此本文就铜电解精炼中阴极铜结粒的成因进行了探讨,希望可以为生产实践提供借鉴。
        Copper electrolytic refining is an important step in the processing and production of copper and the basic procedure of production and manufacturing of cathode copper products. At present, copper electrolysis refining technology has been in our country have become more widely used, but because at present our country in the copper market of fierce competition, some enterprises in order to save costs, and increase low copper in copper electrolysis refining processing low sulfur, high impurity copper concentrate grade and the processing of renewable resources, resulting in the cathode copper finished goods has the obvious decline in quality level, a necessary serious "phenomenon, mainly manifested in the physical appearance there have more bumps and particles, and have a certain change in the chemical properties, can't fully meet the actual needs. In this paper, the cause of cathode copper junction in copper electrolytic refining is discussed.
