摘要
针对某大型铜钼矿矿石铜浮选指标不理想的问题,进行了铜浮选试验研究,考察了矿浆浓度、pH值及捕收剂等影响因素。结果表明:在最佳药剂制度及脱水脱药的条件下,浮选闭路试验可获得铜品位17. 12%、铜回收率78. 25%的铜精矿,铜浮选指标得到大幅提高,为选矿厂工艺优化提供理论依据。
In light of the fact that the copper flotation index in a large-scale copper-molybdenum mine is unsatisfactory,the paper conducted experimental study on copper flotation. The pulp concentration,p H and collector are investigated as influence factors. The results show that under optimal reagent regime and dewatering and reagent removal conditions,flotation closed circuit can obtain copper concentrates with copper grade 17. 12 %,copper recovery rate78. 25 %. The copper flotation index is greatly improved. The study provides theoretical basis for metallurgical process optimization of ore-dressing plants.
