摘要
以乙二醇、新戊二醇、间苯二甲酸和马来酸酐制备不饱和聚酯,随后在羟基丙烯酸酯树脂的溶液中以过氧化苯甲酸叔戊酯为引发剂,加入不饱和聚酯进行自由基接枝聚合,得到了聚酯丙烯酸酯杂化树脂,加水分散后得水分散体。讨论了不饱和聚酯用量和杂化方式对产物性能的影响。用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、透射电镜、扫描电镜、粒径测试仪和热重分析仪,以及示差扫描量热法和电化学分析方法对水分散体及其涂膜的性能进行了表征。在羟基丙烯酸酯树脂的溶液中添加质量分数为20%的不饱和聚酯所制水分散体及相应涂膜具有高稳定性和优异的综合性能,特别是光泽和耐溶剂性能突出。
        A polyester–acrylate hybrid resin was prepared by tert-amyl peroxybenzoate-initiated free radical grafting polymerization of hydroxy acrylate resin with an unsaturated polyester, which was prepared from ethylene glycol, neopentyl glycol, isophthalic acid, and maleic anhydride. Its aqueous dispersoid was obtained by dispersing the polyester–acrylate hybrid resin in water. The effects of the amount of unsaturated polyester and the method of hybridization on properties of the product were studied. The structure and properties of the aqueous dispersoid and its film were characterized using Fouriertransform infrared spectroscope, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope, granulometer, thermogravimetric analyzer, differential scanning calorimeter, and electrochemical station. The aqueous dispersoid prepared with hydroxy acrylate resin solution by adding 20 wt.% unsaturated polyester and its film have good stability and excellent performance, especially in glossiness and solvent resistance.
