摘要
通过选用合理的单体、配比以及溶剂制备出用于ABS等塑料的铝粉漆用丙烯酸酯树脂,考察了树脂Tg、长碳链丙烯酸酯单体以及分子量和分布对树脂性能的影响;自制了具有防掉银功能的单体甲基丙烯酸羟乙基磷酸酯,将其用于丙烯酸酯树脂的制备,考察了防掉银单体对树脂与铝粉附着性的影响。结果表明:溶剂采用甲苯、醋酸丁酯、丁醇的混合溶剂时综合性能最佳;引发剂采用BPO和TBPB按照3∶1的复合,用量在单体量的0. 8%左右即可达到转化率和粘度等的要求。
        The thermoplastic quick-drying acrylate coatings were prepared by appropriate solvent,acrylic monomer and ratio. The influences of Tg,monomer and molecular weight to the coatings were studied. A functional monomer was prepared and its influence on the adhesion to the aluminium powders was studied. The results showed that the solvent had the best comprehensive performance when using solvent mixture of toluene,butyl acetate and butanol. The initiator was compounded by BPO and TBPB according to 3 ∶ 1,and the conversion rate can be achieved by using 0. 8% of the monomer amount.
