摘要
以黑曲霉Co827菌株为试验菌株,在淀粉全清液培养基的基础上,以多尺度手段对培养基中的氮源、磷源对菌株产酸能力的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:黑曲霉Co827以淀粉糖液为碳源的全清液发酵培养基中,生长期(种子罐培养基)的碳氮比为30、氮磷比为3.2,产酸期(发酵罐培养基)的碳氮比为70,氮磷比为3.5。
Aspergillus Niger Co827 was used as the experimental strain. On the basis of starch clear medium, the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus sources on the acidogenicity of this strain was studied by multi-scale method. The results showed that Aspergillus Niger Co827 was fermented in pure fermentation medium with starch sugar solution as carbon source. During the growth period(seed tank medium), the ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 30, the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus was 3.2; the ratio of carbon to nitrogen in the acid-producing period(fermentation tank medium) was 70,and the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus was 3.5.
