摘要
本文主要分析介绍了热轧生产线上卷取机助卷辊的堆焊修复工艺及其应用情况。针对助卷辊的使用工况,结合其母材性能和修复质量要求,合理制定堆焊工艺方案和焊材选型,通过焊前预热、辊面埋弧堆焊、焊后热处理、机加工等工序,实现了助卷辊的堆焊修复。经使用实践证明,修复后的助卷辊具备良好的使用质量,符合技术质量要求,取得了较好的经济效益。
        This paper mainly analyzes and introduces the surfacing repair technology and application of the coiler roll in hot rolling production line.According to the working condition of the roller,combining with its base material performance and repair quality requirements,the surfacing welding process plan and welding material selection were made reasonably,and the surfacing repair of the roller was realized through preheating before welding,submerged arc surfacing of the roller,post-welding heat treatment,machining and other processes.The practice shows that the repaired roller has good quality and meets the technical quality requirements,and has achieved good economic benefits.
