摘要
介绍一套混凝土空腔构件挠度的自动检测装置。利用气缸对产品的上表面中心区域施加载荷,并用传感器测量产品上表面对应位置的位移。对照设计出的三维模型,阐述装置的组成结构、气动原理和PLC控制系统。该装置对产品挠度的检测具有较强的实用性。
        A set of automatic detection device for concrete hollow components' deflection was introduced. Cylinders were used to apply load on central areas of products' upper surface,and a sensor was used to measure the displacement of the upper surface's corresponding location. Compared with the three-dimensional model,the structure and the pneumatic principle and the PLC control system were stated. The device has great practicability in products' deflection testing.
