摘要
目的研究山银花提取物泡腾片的制备工艺并考察其药效学。方法通过正交试验考察山银花提取物泡腾片的处方及工艺,采用脂多糖诱导的大鼠发热模型观察泡腾片的解热作用,采用倍比稀释法观察泡腾片对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠埃希菌的抑菌作用。结果山银花提取物泡腾片的最佳制备工艺为山银花提取物干粉4.5%、泡腾崩解剂中碳酸氢钠16%和酒石酸24%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30)9%和聚乙二醇6000 5%;药效学结果显示山银花提取物泡腾片对脂多糖诱导的大鼠发热模型有明显的解热作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌有较好的抑菌作用。结论山银花提取物泡腾片制备工艺简便可行,具有一定解热、抑菌作用。
Objective To study the preparation of Lonicerae Flos extracts effervescent tablet and its pharmacodynamic effects. Methods The preparation of Lonicerae Flos extracts effervescent tablet was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The antipyretic effect of effervescent tablet was observed on the rat fever models induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). And the bacteriostatic effect of effervescent tablet was determined on Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus pneumonia,Hemolytic streptococcus B and Escherichia coli by double dilution method. Results The optimal preparation contained 4. 5% Lonicerae Flos extracts,16% sodium bicarbonate and 24% tartaric acid as effervescent disintegrating agent,9% PVP(K30) as adhesive,5% PEG 6000 as lubricants. The Lonicerae Flos extracts effervescent tablet has an obvious antipyretic effect on rat fever model induced by LPS,and has inhibitory effect to Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus pneumonia,and Hemolytic streptococcus B. Conclusion The preparation of Lonicerae Flos extracts effervescent tablet is simple and feasible. And the effervescent tablet has antipyretic and bacteriostatic effects.
