摘要
对采用焦炉煤气还原多钒酸铵(APV)制取V_2O_3产品中S含量的影响因素进行了研究,得到了不同S含量的V_2O_3产品。试验结果表明:在APV硫含量0.55%、还原温度800℃、还原时间20 min、煤气流量20 L/h的条件下能够得到S≤0.04%的V_2O_3产品。通过降低APV的S含量、还原过程中翻动物料和对温度、时间的控制可以得到S含量更低的V_2O_3产品。在实际生产中,可以通过调节APV的洗涤程度,控制还原温度和时间,得到不同S含量的V_2O_3产品,满足不同钒合金生产要求,达到节约成本的目的。
The factors affecting the content of S in V_2O_3 products prepared by coke oven gas reduction of ammonium polyvanadate(APV) were studied. Different sulfur content V_2O_3 product were obtained. The test results show that V_2O_3 products with S≤0.04% can be obtained under the conditions of APV sulfur content 0.55%, reduction temperature 800 ℃, reduction time 20 min, gas flow rate 20 L/h. V_2O_3 products with lower S content can be obtained by reducing the S content of APV, turning over materials during the reduction process, and controlling temperature and time. In actual production, V_2O_3 products with different S contents can be obtained by adjusting the washing degree of APV, controlling the reduction temperature and time. It can meet various requirements of vanadium alloy production and saving cost.
