摘要
对可逆式轧机R2工作辊轴承损毁现象进行了深入分析,发现轴向力过大、箱体内部轴承孔前期变形和装配质量不高是导致轴承失效的主要原因。从轴向力、箱体变形、装配质量等方面进行改进,改进后,R2粗轧机轴承损毁现象再未发生,保证了生产的顺利进行。
        The causes leading to the damage of the bearings of R2 work rolls to the reversing rolling mill were analyzed in great depth. It was found that the main causes for bearing failure lied the excessive axial force was early deformation of bearing dead eyes inside the bearing housing and poor assembly quality. And such improvement measures as improving the axial force,preventing the housing from deforming and improving the assembly quality were taken. After that the failure of the bearings of work rolls to the R2 roughing mill didn't happen any more and the smooth production could be guaranteed.
