摘要
在水冷球墨铸铁煤气管实际生产中,经常出现气密性不合格缺陷。对气密性不合格煤气管进行分析,发现管身无明显缺陷,且金相合格,而且绝大多数气密性不合格煤气管的断口处全部存在疏松缺陷,这样就造成管壁实际壁厚不足,可以判定疏松是造成气密性不合格的最主要原因。根据生产经验可知,影响球墨铸铁管管壁疏松的因素主要包括铁水纯净度、生产节奏、扇形包结构等。本文针对该缺陷产生原因进行了分析,并提出了相应改进措施。
        In the actual production of water-cooled nodular cast iron gas pipe,there are often unqualified defects in gas tightness test. By analyzing unqualified gas pipe,it is found that there are no obvious defects in the pipe body and the metallographic examination is qualified. Most of the gas pipelines with unqualified gas tightness have loosening defects at the fracture surface,which results in insufficient wall thickness. It can be judged that loosening is the main cause of gas tightness incompatibility. According to the production experience,the factors affecting the wall looseness of ductile iron pipe mainly include the purity of molten iron,production rhythm,fan-shaped package structure and so on. In this paper,the causes of this defect are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
