摘要
利用拓展后计算Rist操作线的方法,建立了Rist操作线计算模型。根据本钢新1号高炉生产特点,通过采集和处理现场高炉数据并利用编程技术实现了该模型的在线计算,绘制出Rist实际操作线和理想操作线,并可以根据需要绘制出日线、月线、季线和年线;明确给出了计算节焦潜能、炉身效率、w[Si](质量分数)对焦比影响、风温对焦比影响和煤气利用对焦比影响的数学模型。实践证明,该模型的计算结果可以为高炉操作者提供必要的参考,相应地制定更加合理的操作制度,从而在优化操作制度、降本增效等方面发挥积极作用。
        By taking advantage of the expanded calculating method of the Rist operating line,the Rist operating line calculation model is set up. Based on the characteristics of the new No. 1 blast furnace in Benxi Steel Plate Co.,Ltd.,the on-line calculation of the model is realized by using the data acquisition and processing and programming technologies,whose results include the actual and ideal Rist operating lines with periods of day,month,quarter and year as needed. The mathematical models of reducing coke ratio potential and furnace body efficiency are clearly shown. And the mathematical models of quantitative influences of silicon content in hot metal,blasting temperature,and CO2 content in the gas on the coke ratio are also clearly shown. It is proved that the calculation results of the model can provide necessary reference for blast furnace operators to formulate more reasonable operating rules accordingly. Therefore the model plays a positive role in the aspects of optimizing operating rules,reducing cost and increasing benefits.
