摘要
为预防和减少煤矿生产事故的发生,以功能共振事故模型(FRAM)为基础,考虑人因失误对事故的诱导作用,构建与FRAM兼容的状态检修(CBM)优化模型(即事故链式模型)。以CBM功能模块和煤矿生产过程划分出的功能模块作为链式模型中的功能模块及维度。用该事故链式模型,分析阜新某矿的生产过程。结果表明:该优化模型包括数据收集、诊断、预测、决策制定、维护工作和生产工作6个功能模块,各模块的维度数量及其含义不同,覆盖了从功能角度考虑的煤矿生产过程涉及的主要部分,能有效处理煤矿生产过程的安全问题。
        In order to prevent accidents in coal mines,a chain mode based on CBM model was built for accidents. The chain model is compatible with FRAM. The accident chain model was used to analyze the coal production process in a certain coal mine in Fuxin. The results show that accident chain model can be used to deal with safety problems in coal production processes effectively.
