摘要
分析掺烧印尼褐煤遇到的问题,通过相应的燃烧调整和设备改造,实现了褐煤分磨掺烧、安全掺烧和深度掺烧,年平均掺烧比例可达60%以上。详细阐述了掺烧褐煤对锅炉安全性、经济性以及NOx浓度的影响,并针对性地提出了解决对策。
This paper analyzes the problems in the blending combustion of Indonesian lignite. By means of corresponding combustion adjustment and equipment renovation,grinding,safe and deep blending combustion can be realized with an annual average blending combustion ratio of over 60%. This paper also expounds the influence of the blending combustion of lignite on the security,economy and the concentration of NOx of the boiler as well as presenting relevant solutions.
