摘要
文中针对定期检验中遇到的缓冲距标识问题作简要讨论,对重缓冲距的标识是使用单位和维保单位在日常维护保养中最容易忽视的细节之一,但在《电梯监督检验和定检检验规则—曳引与强制驱动电梯》(TSG T7001-2009)中将其作为B类项目有明确的检验要求和规定。文中论述了缓冲距标识的意义即它可以直观反映出轿厢位于顶层端站平层位置时,对重撞板与其缓冲器顶面间的最大允许垂直距离是否在允许范围内。文中最后给出了对重缓冲距标识的建议。
        This paper briefly discusses the problem of buffer distance identification encountered in periodic inspection. The identification of counterweight buffer distance is one of the most easily ignored details in the daily maintenance, but it is a B project and there are clear inspection requirements and regulations in the "Regulation for Lift Supervisory Inspection and Periodical Inspection-Traction and Positive Drive Lift"(TSG T7001-2009). In this paper,the significance of the buffer distance identification is discussed, which can directly reflect the maximum allowable vertical distance between the bumper rail and the top of the counterweight buffer, when the car is at the top terminal leveling device. Finally, the suggestion for the identification of counterweight buffer distance is given.
