摘要

BTTZ矿物绝缘防火电缆,具有不燃、无烟、无毒和耐火等特性。BTTZ的适用范围很广,尤其在人流密集的公共场所、易发生火灾的危险场所,如天然气厂、化工厂、炼油厂、海上石油平台等。本文主要提供了针对普通BTTZ系列矿物绝缘金属护套电缆生产长度受限的解决方案,改良后的新型BTTZ防火电缆具有生产长度不受限、电缆中间接头少、施工难度低等优势。同时,对大长度BTTZ系列防火电缆的新型生产工艺以及关键质量控制点进行解析,并提出电缆在应用过程中的质量控制要求。
        BTTZ mineral insulated fire-proof cable has the characteristics of non-flammable, smokeless, non-toxic and fire-resistant. BTTZ has a wide range of applications, especially in crowded public places and dangerous places prone to fire, such as natural gas plants, chemical plants, refineries, offshore oil platforms and so on. This paper mainly provides a solution to the limitation of the production length of ordinary BTTZ series mineral insulated metal sheathed cables. The improved BTTZ fire-proof cables have the advantages of unlimited production length,fewer intermediate joints of cables and low construction difficulty. At the same time, the new production technology and key quality control points of large-length BTTZ series fire-proof cables are analyzed, and the quality control requirements of cables in the application process are put forward
