基于案例分析的科技文件组卷理论与实践新探

摘要
科技文件组卷既是科技档案管理学的重要内容,又是科技文件整理的核心工作。针对当前科技文件组卷研究中只考虑了单个科技项目形成文件数量较多时的案卷拆分,未考虑单个科技项目形成文件数量较少时的案卷组合的问题,提出了"项目组合"的概念,即把项目文件形成时间一致、项目类型一致、所形成全部文件厚薄一致的项目组织在一起,形成一个整体,并以房地产估价活动中的科技文件组卷为例论证了"项目组合"思想的现实必要性与理论可行性,梳理了引入"项目组合"概念后案卷组织与案卷编目等业务环节的变化。
Science and technology documents are not only the core of science and technology management but also essential content of science and technology management science. In the current criteria of the science and technology management and almost all of books named management science of scientific and technical archives,the documents are split into multiple files according to their internal categories. However,there are few studies of how documents are merged into one file when there are a few ones in a technology project. We proposed the term of"project mergence",which means the project file is formed at the same time and the project type is consistent. Each project forms a whole document of consistent thickness and consistency in the organization of the project file together to form a whole,taking the real estate appraisal activity as an example,it demonstrates the practical necessity and theoretical feasibility of the " project mergence ",and analyzed the change of file organization and file catalogue if project mergence was taken into.
