摘要
将超声波应用于锌银电池极片清洗过程中,提高清洗效果和效率,有利于锌银电池性能的提升。通过研究极片超声清洗的适用性、超声清洗参数、超声清洗对极片强度的影响等,对试验结果进行比对分析,并对采用超声波清洗制作的锌银电池干态贮存性能进行考核。
Ultrasonic cleaning is applied in electrode cleaning of Zn-AgO battery to raise the cleaning effect and efficiency and enhance the electrical performance. The parameters, application and influence of ultrasonic cleaning on the electrodes were studied, the experiment results were compared and the dry reserved performance of Zn-Ago batteries was checked.
