环保型卫生陶瓷的制备研究

摘要
以黄河淤泥、西矿陶土和透闪石为配方体系,区别于传统的长石质卫生陶瓷。主要探究了黄河淤泥添加量、透闪石添加量以及透闪石的煅烧对坯体的影响。研制出了以黄河淤泥为主要原料的环保型卫生陶瓷。坯体最佳配方为黄河淤泥49wt.%,西矿陶土43wt.%,煅烧透闪石8wt.%,烧成温度1160℃。此时坯体性能为:抗折强度89.4 MPa,烧成线收缩5.1%,吸水率0.07%,体积密度2.44 g/cm~3。并对适用该坯的乳浊釉做简单说明。
        The formula of this experiment includes Yellow River silt, western mine clay and tremolite, which is different from the traditional formula of feldspar sanitary ceramics. In this paper, the effects of the separate addition of Yellow River silt and tremolite and the calcination of tremolite on the body were investigated. The formulation and process of sanitary ceramics with Yellow River silt as the main raw material were developed. The optimum formula of the ceramic body is 49 wt.% of the Yellow River silt, 43 wt.% of the western ore clay and 8 wt.% of the calcined tremolite, and the firing temperature is 1160 ℃. The properties of the as-prepared body are as follows: the flexural strength is 89.4 MPa, the sintering linear shrinkage is 5.1%, the water absorption is 0.07%, and the bulk density is 2.44 g/cm~3.
