摘要
邻面去釉是通过邻面釉质磨削、再成形,以获得间隙或调整牙齿的大小,达到矫治目的的一种方法。主要应用于"轻、中度拥挤"或Bolton指数不协调的病例。近年来,由于3D打印技术的发展,以"时代天使"和"隐视美"为主的隐形矫治技术在临床中的应用,使得邻面去釉的使用更加普遍。由于邻面釉质厚度影响因素较多,临床中不正确的厚度磨削,不仅会造成牙体牙周组织的不可逆性损伤,而且会因牙体外形破坏而影响矫治效果。因此,正确掌握邻面去釉厚度,对减少邻面去釉的医源性损伤显得尤为重要。
        Interproximal enamel reduction is a method to achieve the purpose of orthodontic treatment by grinding or reshaping the proximal enamel,obtaining the gap or adjusting the size of the tooth. It is mainly used in cases of " light and moderate crowding" or Bolton index mismatch. In recent years,due to the development of 3 D printing technology,the application of invisible orthodontic techniques based on the Era of Angels and Invisalign has made the use of interproximal enamel reduction more common. Because there are considerable factors influencing the adjacent enamel thickness,the incorrect thickness grinding in the clinic will not only cause irreversible damage to the periodontal tissue of the tooth,but also affect the correction effect due to the damage of the tooth shape. Therefore,a correct grasp of the thickness of the interproximal enamel reduction,to reduce the iatrogenic injury appears to be particularly important.
