摘要
针对LNG运输船货舱内的围护系统需采用螺柱来固定绝缘材料,螺柱焊接产生的热量会对钢板反面的油漆造成损伤,且不易发现的问题。分析在特定焊接参数下,判断不同钢板厚度上油漆受螺柱焊影响的方法,试验分析螺柱焊接过程中钢板温度变化,结果表明,对涂层进行拉拔试验、阴极剥离试验,可以确定临界钢板厚度。
Stud welding method is used to install the insulation system in LNG carrier cargo holding tanks,the heat generated by stud welding may damage the coating on the backside of the plate. The methods to judge whether the coating is damaged for different thickness of plates under certain parameters were analyzed. The temperature changes of plates during stud welding were investigated experimentally. The results showed that the critical thickness of steel plate can be determined by drawing test and cathode dis-bonding test.
