31203工作面动载矿压削弱机理研究

摘要
综采工作面房采区存在集中煤柱,在房采区下工作面进行开采,通过上覆煤柱时,下工作面会产生动载矿压。以石圪台矿31203工作面为基础,采用理论分析、数值模拟手段对削弱此种动载矿压机理进行了研究,得到上覆集中煤柱超前失稳使得传递至下煤层老顶岩梁的载荷大幅减小,削弱了动载压力的影响。
        There are concentrated coal pillars in fully-mechanized coal mining face of room and pillar mining, the main roof beam of coal seam will form a rock blocks with hinge structure at the boundary of coal pillar, when the coal mining face passing through overburden concentrated coal pillar, this structure will generate the rotary motion, resulting in the dynamic mine pressure. The advance instability of concentrated coal pillar can make the bottom rock beam above the coal pillar supported by the gangue, the main roof beam is supported by a lower support force, which makes the load of the main roof beam of the lower coal seam greatly reduced and the effect of dynamic mine pressure is weakened. On the engineering background of face 31203 of Shigetai coal mine,the mechanism of this type of dynamic mine pressure to weaken has been investigated through theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.
