急倾斜“三软”煤层异形断面巷道锚网索梁联合支护技术

摘要
基于急倾斜"三软"煤层围岩应力呈非对称分布且顶底板强度低、煤层松软易垮的特性,提出了异形断面分布切割、锚网索梁非对称联合支护方案,通过工业性试验结果表明:在异形断面非对称锚网索梁联合支护工艺合理、参数可靠、质量有保障的前提下,能够有效地控制急倾斜"三软"煤层顶板变形破坏和高帮煤体松散垮冒,能够保证巷道施工质量与安全,同时为提高巷道掘进单进水平提供保障。
        As the stress is asymmetrically distributed in the surrounding rock of three-soft coal seam which is of low roof and floor strength, soft and easy to collapse, the unsymmetrical joint support scheme of the special-shaped section distribution cutting and the anchor net cable beam is proposed. Results of the industrial test show that the joint support can effectively control the deformation and failure of three-soft coal seam roof and the coal body loosening and caving at the high part of coal wall,under the premise of reasonable supporting technology,reliable parameters and guarantee of quality,which can ensure the quality and safety of the tunnel construction,and also provide a guarantee for the improvement of specific roadway tunneling efficiency.
