摘要
结合面是影响整机动态特性的重要因素。对结合面的正确处理是研究整机特性的关键。首先,以TH6350卧式加工中心为对象。其次,采用合理的方法对四种不同类型的结合面进行等效处理,建立了整机有限元模型。然后,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析了整机的模态特性。最后采用锤击激振法对TH6350卧式加工中心进行了模态试验。通过对比试验结果与ANSYS分析结果,发现二者数据非常接近。从而验证了前期结合面处理的正确性与合理性,建立的有限元模型能真实地反映整机性能。
        Joint surface is the important effect factor of the dynamic performance of the total machine.Dealing the joint surface with the correct ways is the key to research the characteristic of the total machine.Firstly,the horizontal machining center of TH6350 has been regarded as a research object.Secondly,several equivalent methods have been used to treat the four different kinds of joint surfaces.And the finite element model of the total machine has been built.Then,the modal characteristics of the total machine have been analyzed by the analysis software of ANSYS.Finally,the modal test by hammer-hitting pulse-inspirit method has been taken.Comparing the experimental results with ANSYS analysis results,it has been found that the two results are very close.Then it can be verified that the treatment of the joint surface is correct and the finite element model can truly reflect the performance of the total machine.
