橡皮障在口腔正畸患者舌侧保持中的应用效果评价

摘要
目的探讨橡皮障在口腔正畸患者舌侧保持临床中的应用效果。方法选择2017年11月至2018年11月本院收治的60例口腔正畸治疗患者,将其分为对照组(n=30)与实验组(n=30),每组30例,对照组以常规棉球隔湿后粘结舌侧保持器,实验组施以橡皮障下粘结,调查橡皮障使用患者临床满意度,观察两组患者的舌侧保持器脱落率情况与口腔临床保持效果。结果实验组的3个月内舌侧保持器脱落率为2.78%,对照组的舌侧保持器脱落率为4.44%,实验组6个月内舌侧保持器脱落率为5.14%,对照组的舌侧保持器脱落率为9.30%,实验组1年内舌侧保持器脱落率为9.64%,对照组的舌侧保持器脱落率为16.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组橡皮障临床满意度调查:非常满意占80.00%,满意占16.67%,一般占6.66%,不能接受为0。结论橡皮障在临床口腔正畸舌侧保持中的应用具有显著的临床效果,能够有效的降低舌侧保持器的脱落率,从而提升临床口腔正畸效果,同时患者能够很好的接受橡皮障的临床使用。
Objective The effect evaluation of using rubber dam in the lingual fixed retainer of patients with orthodontic. Methods 60 patients who received orthodontic treatment from November 2017 to November 2018, there were divided into experimental group and control group, there were 30 patients in each group. The patients in control group used traditional way to bonding lingual fixed retainer. The patients in experiment group used rubber dam to bonding lingual fixed retainer and research satisfaction of the patient using rubber dam. Be observed the shedding rates and the effect with lingual fixed retainer between two groups. Results The shedding rates of the experimental group was 2.78% in 3 months, the shedding rates of the control group was 4.44% in 3 months. The shedding rates of the experimental group was 5.14% in 6 months. The shedding rates of the control group was 9.30% in 6 months. The shedding rates of the experimental group was 9.64% in 1 years. The shedding rates of the control group was 16.67% in 1 years. Clinical satisfaction survey of the experimental group used rubber dam. Very satisfied patients accounted for 80.00%, satisfied patients accounted for 16.67%, General sensation patients accounted for 6.66% patients who count not receive treatment accounted for 0. Conclusion Rubber dam has significant effect in clinical orthodontic lingual fixed retainer, Thus promote clinical orthodontic effect, and patients can receive the clinical use of rubber dam well.
