摘要
采用的TC4ELI合金是一种新型损伤容限钛合金。对该合金板材在550~700℃进行单向热拉伸实验。通过高温拉伸实验测得该合金的性能参数。最终得到了该材料的真应力-真应变曲线、塑性性能、微观组织等。实验结果可为TC4ELI合金在该温度范围内的热塑性成形提供理论基础。
The TC4-ELI alloy is a new type of damage tolerance titanium alloy. The one-way thermal tensile test of the alloy plate at 550-550 ℃ was carried out. The performance parameters of the alloy were measured by high temperature tensile experiment. The true stress-true strain curve, material plastic properties, microstructure of the material were obtained. The experimental results can provide theoretical basis for thermoplastic forming of TC4ELI alloy in the above temperature ranges.
