摘要
针对试验煤矿巷道掘进存在的炮孔利用率低、炸药单耗大等问题,采用大直径角柱形掏槽代替之前的锥形掏槽,同时改变装药结构,现场实践结果表明,炮眼利用率提高了7.50%、循环进尺提高了7.95%、炸药单耗降低22.71%,为提高岩石巷道掘进效率、降低掘进成本提供了一个较好的方法。
In order to solve existing problems of roadway excavation in coal mine,such as low utilization of blastholes and high explosives consumption,largediameter prism cut was adopted to replace former pyramid cut,while changing the charging structure.Field practice results showed that the utilization factor of blastholes increased by 7.50%,circulating footage specific charge increased by 7.95%,and explosives consumption reduced by 22.71%.The study provided a better method to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost for roadway excavation.
