摘要
根据赫尔槽试验原理,建立了一种能快速、有效地反映由添加剂引起的深孔零件电镀光亮镍故障的试验方法。把实际的零件作为试验样品,通过导电的孔内铜丝和样品外观变化,可以判定光亮镍电镀液添加剂存在的问题。通过实例介绍了该方法在批量生产的镀层质量控制中的应用。
A fast and effective method for analyzing the problems of bright nickel electroplating on a part with deep hole caused by additives was established based on the principle of Hull cell test. The part to be electroplated was used as cathode in the Hull cell test. The abnormal of additives in the electrolyte was determined by evaluating the appearance change of coating on the part and the conductive copper wire placed in the hole. The application of the method for quality control of coatings in batch production was introduced with some cases.
