我国部分乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量综合评价的因子分析

摘要
目的综合评价乡镇卫生院的卫生服务质量,为有效提高乡镇医疗建设提供参考依据。方法以反映乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量的9项主要指标为研究对象,并对其进行因子分析,得出3个足够描述乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量的总体水平的主因子。结果综合评价最高的前3位分别为四川、河南和湖南,最低的后3位分别为吉林、青海和内蒙古。前3位与后3位综合得分差距较大。在诊疗服务因子中排名最后的为宁夏,在住院服务因子中浙江、吉林、山西等省份排名靠后,在医师诊疗因子中吉林、湖南、黑龙江等省份排名靠后。排名分别与区域卫生规划、经济发展水平、服务人口数、患者的就医意愿等因素有关。结论因子分析法能够科学、合理地对乡镇卫生院医疗服务质量进行综合评价,反映了乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量的状况。
[Objective] To comprehensively evaluate the quality of health services in township hospitals, provides a reference for the effective improvement of township health care construction. [Methods] Nine indicators for reflecting the quality of township hospitals health service were selected, and the factor analysis was used to obtain three main factors sufficiently describing the overall level of health service quality in township hospitals. [Results] The top three medical service quality of township hospitals are respectively Sichuan Province, Henan Province and Hunan Province. And the lowest three were Jilin Province, Qinghai Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. There was a great difference between the top three and the lowest three.Ningxia Province was the last one about diagnosis and treatment service services. Zhejiang Province, Jilin Province and Shanxi Province were ranked lower about inpatient service. Jilin Province, Hunan Province and Heilongjiang Province were ranked lower about physician practice. The province's rankings were related to factors such as regional health planning, economic development level, serving population, and willingness of patients to seek medical treatment. [Conclusion] The method of factor analysis can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the health service quality of township hospitals. It can reflect the status of health service quality in township hospitals.
