摘要
垃圾焚烧发电是当前处理生活垃圾的有效办法,它具有减容化、无害化和资源化特点。针对余热锅炉受热面管的腐蚀问题,通常采用在锅炉管外壁堆焊耐高温腐蚀镍基合金材料的方法,但传统的堆焊方法对锅炉管基材损伤严重,难以满足使用要求。采用CMT焊接系统,在锅炉受热面堆焊一层高温耐腐蚀镍基Inconel625材料,可有效解决受热面管的腐蚀问题,延长锅炉的使用寿命。
        Waste incineration power generation is an effective method for the treatment of domestic waste. It has the characteristics of volume reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization. For the corrosion problem of the heating surface of the waste heat boiler, the method of surfacing the high temperature and corrosion nickel base alloy material on the outer wall of the boiler tube is usually adopted. However, the traditional surfacing welding method has serious damage to the base material of the boiler tube and it is difficult to meet the use requirements. Using the CMT welding system, a layer of high-temperature corrosion-resistant nickel-base Inconel625 material is deposited on the heating surface of the boiler, which can effectively solve the corrosion problem of the heated surface tube and prolong the service life of the boiler.
