摘要

镍基材料的焊接裂纹,尤其是结晶裂纹是该类材料焊接技术的关键问题,文中阐述了镍基材料焊接结晶裂纹形成机理、影响因素和工艺试验方法,分析了该材料焊接工艺技术特点以及实际应用情况。
        Nickel base material of welding cracks,especially the crystallization crack is the key problem in the study of the welding technology of this materials. This paper expounded the nickel base material welding process test method ofcrystallization crack,crack formation mechanism,influencing factors,etc.,and analyzed the welding technologycharacteristic and application of materials.
