摘要
通过对夏甸金矿卸矿站卸矿过程中形成的扬尘气流运移规律及粉尘粒度分布特征进行分析,计算出卸矿扬尘诱导风量及冲击压强,提出了适宜于卸矿站扬尘气流冲击作用下的高压喷雾降尘措施及喷雾参数。实践表明,采用高压喷雾综合降尘系统进行控尘、抑尘和降尘后,总粉尘平均降尘效率为85.0%左右,较好地解决了卸矿站粉尘污染问题,同时实现了降尘系统的自动化,可为其他类似卸矿站防尘提供参考。
Based on the analysis of dust flow movement and dust particle size distribution characteristics during the unloading process in Xiadian Gold Mine unloading station,the induced air volume and impingement pressure were calculated,the dust removal measures and spray parameters of high pressure spray under the impact of dust airflow at the unloading station were put forward. The practice results show that after adopting the high-pressure spray integrated dust-reduction system to control dust,suppress dust,and reduce dust,the average dust-reducing efficiency of the total dust is about 85. 0%,the problem of dust pollution in unloading station has been solved,at the same time,the automation of dust removal system is realized,which can provide a reference for other similar unloading stations.
