一种辅助安装日期章镶件结构

摘要
设计了一种辅助安装日期章的镶件的结构,通过一种特殊的拉钩形式,能够满足在前期设计阶段安装于带有斜度的分型面上,降低设计难度;在后期需要更换时,也可以方便取出更换,且可重复利用,降低生产成本。此镶件在模具实际应用中的情况表明,该镶件结构安全,适用于车灯饰圈的模具上,且使用情况良好。
In this paper, the structure of an insert that assists in the installation of date stampsis designed. By using a special type of pull-hook, it can be installed on the parting surface with aslope in the early design stage to reduce the design difficulty; when it needs to be replaced at alater stage, it can also be easily removed and replaced, and can be reused to reduce productioncosts. The fact that the insert is applied in the actual application of the mold shows that the insertstructure is safe and suitable for the mold of the bead ring product, and the use condition is good.
