摘要
目前,国内水平段长度超过1 500 m的水平井,由于裸眼段长、钻完井摩阻扭矩大,存在漏失与坍塌等复杂层段、钻井风险高等因素,均采用下技术套管封固复杂层段、降低钻完井摩阻的三开井身结构。与二开井身结构相比,三开结构套管层次多、钻井周期长、钻完井成本增加30%以上。为降低长庆致密油开发成本,开展由三开简化为二开的井身结构优化设计研究,研发的强抑制低摩阻复合盐钻井液体系,解决了裸眼复杂层段的漏失与坍塌,提高了井壁稳定性;开展钻完井摩阻扭矩计算分析及降摩减阻技术研究,降低钻完井过程中的摩阻扭矩,国内首次实现1 500 m长水平段水平井采用二开井身结构的安全钻完井,钻井周期由原来52.1 d缩短至24.7 d。
        At present,when the horizontal section is more than 1500m,because of the long open hole and leakage and collapse in the layers,the friction torque of drilling and completion become big,these factors increase the drilling risk.Therefore,using the three-tier well structure envelops the complex layers and reduces the friction torque in horizontal well.Compared with the double-tier structure,the three-tier structure has more casing structure,the drilling cycle is longer and the drilling costs are increased more than 30%.To reduce the drilling costs in the Changqing tight reservoir,the three-tier structure was optimized to two-tier structure in 1500m long horizontal section wells,the low friction compound salt drilling fluid system was studied to resolve leakage and collapse of the naked segment,improve the side wall stability and reduce the friction and torque during drilling and completion.The well with 1500m long horizontal section was drilled successfully by using two-tier structure,the drilling cycle was shortened from 52.1 days to 24.7 days.
